Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Specialist Electrical Engineer for Surveillance to drive TCAS and transponder radio development. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to plan, design, prototype, and test avionics hardware across digital, analog, and RF domains.

You will apply data-driven methods and AI-assisted tools to accelerate design, support certification documentation, and ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with customers are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience designing avionics hardware, RF systems, or sensor-based products.
• Experience applying engineering analysis and AI-enabled tools to hardware design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and qualify digital, analog, and power circuitry for avionics.
• Develop schematics and support PCB layout.
• Support CAD reviews, preferably with Altium-based tools.
• Interface with customers to understand requirements and propose practical solutions.
