Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Avionics business in Marlborough, MA. You will analyze system performance, propose design improvements, and help gather data for system enhancements while collaborating with multiple teams across RTX and external partners.

Responsibilities include MATLAB/Python-based simulations, radar system operation across MA and the US, and implementing software changes to meet customer needs in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with AESA radar technology and signal processing.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and Java; Linux experience; CM tools like Git/Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and guide design improvements.
• Develop operational plans to gather data for enhancements.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver system enhancements for multiple stakeholders.
• Perform simulations and analyses using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.
