Reliable Robotics seeks a Sr Electrical Design Engineer on-site in Mountain View, CA or Seattle, WA to lead hardware development from circuit boards to integrated systems.

You will design, analyze, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies, travel up to 20%, and work with a high-performance team committed to safety-critical aviation tech. 5+ years required; Proficiency in Altium Designer and SPICE is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle hardware development experience
• Experience developing and simulating PCB assemblies using Altium Designer and SPICE
• Ability to work within a team with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to diagnose, document, and solve electronic hardware problems

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies from circuit-board to integrated systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test engineering
• Drive hardware improvements through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing; conduct root-cause investigations
