Reliable Robotics is building safety-enhancing aviation technology and seeking a Sr Electrical Design Engineer to lead hardware development from circuit board to integrated systems. You will design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test teams to deliver reliable airborne solutions.

This on-site role is based in Mountain View, CA or Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-lifecycle hardware development experience.
• Experience developing and simulating complex and manufacturable PCBs using Altium Designer and SPICE.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies from circuit-board to integrated electro-mechanical level.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test engineers as hardware expert.
• Lead improvements to hardware through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing; conduct root-cause investigations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices through technical leadership.
