Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Aviation Safety Compliance Lead to serve as the senior aviation safety SME for Indo-Pacific operations. You will develop and oversee aviation safety programs, risk management, and mishap prevention across contractor and government activities.

Lead and integrate Safety Management Systems, drive risk mitigation, and coordinate with government leadership, aviation providers, and mission partners to maintain readiness and safety across dispersed environments.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Bachelor’s degree in aviation safety, aviation management, aerospace or related discipline.
8+ years in aviation safety, flight operations, risk management, or oversight.
5+ years supporting DoD, federal, military, or commercial aviation entities.
Experience implementing or managing SMS and conducting risk assessments.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior aviation safety advisor for operations.
Develop and maintain aviation safety programs for contractor-operated activities.
Advise leadership on safety risks, hazards and mitigations.
Lead safety culture, hazard identification, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
