Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Aviation Regulatory Compliance Lead to serve as the senior aviation regulatory SME. You will oversee contractor aviation activities to ensure safety, legality, and regulatory alignment across FAA, DoD, ICAO, and host nation requirements throughout the Indo-Pacific region.

The role covers aviation operations support, airfield assessments, and mission planning oversight, working with partners and mission stakeholders to sustain compliant and safe aviation services.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years supporting aviation operations and regulatory compliance.
• Minimum 5 years supporting DoD, federal, or military aviation organizations.
• Experience interpreting FAA, ICAO, and DoD guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior aviation regulatory compliance advisor for aviation operations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, DoD, ICAO, host nation regulatory requirements.
• Interpret policies and contractual requirements for operational execution.
• Monitor compliance across Indo-Pacific locations.
• Recommend corrective actions to address regulatory deficiencies and risks.
• Support aviation logistics, deployment, and aerial sustainment operations.
• Coordinate with SOCPAC, service components, host nations for regulatory alignment.
• Review procedures and certifications of contractors.
• Develop compliance procedures and SOPs.
• Prepare regulatory assessments and briefings for leadership.
