Job summary

Landrum & Brown is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Specialist to lead aviation proposals and BD materials. You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinating with technical staff and leadership to ensure accurate, compliant submissions.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of proposal development experience and a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and branding. This on-site role located in Boston offers comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, comms, business or related field.
• 10+ years overall, 5–10 years proposal development within aviation/transport sector.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills.
• Experience managing deadline-driven RFP/RFQ/SOQ responses with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from solicitation review to final submission.
• Coordinate content with technical staff, project managers and partners.
• Write, edit, and tailor resumes and project descriptions for pursuits.
• Ensure compliance, formatting, and branding across proposals.
