Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver site-based projects within aviation or government & defense accounts. You will manage initiatives from initiation through closeout, coordinating design, construction, occupancy, and handover with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will lead complex, multi-project programs, supervise resource alignment, track schedule and budget, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and risk standards while partnering with regional teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience in program or project management.
• Experience with large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong technical capability across design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Experience with progressive contracting models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with regional team to manage site, schedules, and budgets.
