Parailabs seeks a Senior Aviation Maintenance Inspector to support a remote US-based project focused on advancing maintenance procedures and regulatory knowledge for AI training. FAA-certified professionals will ensure precise documentation and compliance within regulated environments.

Responsibilities include reviewing manuals and IPCs, evaluating borescope data, and ensuring alignment with FAA Parts 43, 121, 135, and 145.

Qualifikationen

• FAA A&P certificate and IA or equivalent Part 145 inspector status.
• 8+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance, inspection, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise with borescope engine inspection and interpretation of imagery/reports.
• Strong ability to read, interpret maintenance manuals, IPCs, and approach plates.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA Parts 43, 121, 135, and 145 regulations and real-world application.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Review, annotate, and analyze aircraft maintenance manuals, IPCs, and related documents.
• Evaluate borescope engine inspection data, identify anomalies and recommend corrective actions per FAA standards.
• Assess composite structure inspection processes for regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Interpret approach plates and briefing materials to provide detailed feedback on navigational/operational accuracy.
• Deliver written and verbal insights to inform AI model development.
• Cross-reference maintenance tasks with FAA Parts 43, 121, 135, 145 to ensure compliance.
• Contribute SME input to refine data sets used for AI training in aviation contexts.
