Scope of Work Review, analyze, and annotate aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs (IPC), and related technical documents.Evaluate and critique borescope engine inspection data, identifying anomalies and recommending corrective actions based on FAA standards. Assess composite structure inspection processes and outcomes, ensuring adherence to regulatory### requirementsand industry best practices. Interpret approach plates and flight operations briefing materials, providing detailed feedback on navigational and operational accuracy. Deliver comprehensive written and verbal insights on maintenance and inspection procedures to inform AI model development.Cross-reference maintenance tasks with FAA Parts 43, 121, 135, and 145 to ensure compliance and accurate process representation. Contribute subject matter expertise to refine and validate data sets used for AI training in aviation contexts. Preferred Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate, Inspection Authorization (IA), or equivalent Part 145 inspector status strongly preferred.8+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and regulatory compliance. Expertise with borescope engine inspection and interpretation of resulting imagery and reports. Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, IPCs, and approach plates.Thorough working knowledge of FAA Parts 43, 121, 135, and 145 regulations and real-world application. Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, with a strong attention to detail. Experience as a check airman or in training/mentoring roles within aviation maintenance settings is a plus.
