Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or similar technical background required.
• Experience in repair, overhaul, refurbishment, re-manufacturing (MRO) or other highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Tooling, fixture, manufacturing process, or repair engineering experience is essential.
• Leadership or engineering management experience is required.
• Hands-on approach with credibility on the shop floor is important.
• Aerospace experience is preferred, though candidates from defense, automotive, industrial equipment or other regulated industries may be considered.
