Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Customer Program Manager to serve as the primary customer point of contact for assigned engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul programs.

You will manage long-term relationships, oversee contract execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program success across cost, quality, and delivery. You will lead program reviews, monitor performance, and communicate risks and findings to internal leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace, aviation, MRO, or related technical industry.
• 5+ years in program management, customer accounts, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned MRO programs and long-term accounts.
• Manage customer relationships through the engine maintenance lifecycle from induction to delivery.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams to support program execution.
• Monitor program performance relating to cost, quality, schedule, and delivery commitments.
• Lead customer program reviews and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support contract execution and ensure alignment with scope, pricing, and service commitments.
• Manage customer expectations, escalations, and communicate risks and changes.
• Analyze program financial performance including cost tracking and forecasting.
• Develop strong relationships with customers including senior representatives and leadership.
