Job summary

StandardAero Augusta is seeking a Customer Project Manager Associate, Airframe, to lead day-to-day operations and ensure seamless project execution for multiple clients. You will act as the primary liaison between maintenance teams and customers, driving on-time delivery and adherence to contracts.

The role requires experience in Business Aviation or MRO, strong communication, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously onsite in Augusta, GA. Relocation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in Aviation or Business Aviation/MRO.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Office tools (MS Project/SharePoint/Excel/Outlook).
• Must be available to work onsite Monday–Friday at the Augusta, GA facility.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between customers and Crew Chiefs to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Manage ~5 clients concurrently with high-quality service and on-time delivery.
• Develop and oversee program plans, schedules, budgets, and labor targets.
• Use control systems and reports to measure project progress (schedules, budgets, CCOs).
• Coordinate activities across production, procurement, quality control, logistics and administration.
• Obtain customer approvals for scope changes and overtime; provide recovery strategies as needed.
• Drive sales by informing customers about capabilities, programs, and pricing incentives.
• Prepare quotations and administer warranty claims and special programs.
• Review invoices for accuracy and contract compliance; resolve customer billing disputes.
