Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team onsite in Philadelphia, PA. You will direct and manage the airport project, oversee scope and budgets, and coordinate with designers and the owner to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of airport project experience, $50M+ project experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Bachelor’s in Construction Management; Master’s preferred; PMP/AAAE a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience on airport projects.
• Experience with projects > $50 million.
• Delivery methods include Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, Design/Build.
• Proven management capabilities and strong communication.
• Knowledge of industry practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage airport owner representative responsibilities.
• Develop scope, budgets, and schedules to meet goals.
• Oversee RFPs and procurement for designers and contractors.
• Coordinate with Design Manager and Design Review Team.
• Ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget.
