Job summary

STV is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation to lead major aviation capital improvement programs onsite in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on schedule certainty, budget delivery, and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are respected across the program.

You will guide construction activities, manage interfaces between projects, and drive risk mitigation while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver on time and

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required; master’s preferred.
• Licensure/certification such as AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects >$250 million in value.
• Strong leadership, communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and code compliance.
• Implement quality assurance and robust quality control across project phases.
• Lead and guide project teams and oversee logistics for Tenant-Focused program.
• Coordinate interface and risk management between multiple projects and contractors.
• Facilitate information flow between Airline Terminal Improvements program and other projects.
• Review design plans for constructability and logistics; support change management.
