Job summary

Egis Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Aviation / AAM Planner to lead traditional airport planning and emerging Advanced Air Mobility initiatives, guiding airports, public agencies, and private partners toward eVTOL and vertiport readiness.

You will shape master plans, supervise subconsultants, manage NEPA reviews, and advance business development while expanding Egis' AAM services across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or related field.
• 10+ years of airport planning experience with AAM.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• PM experience and client development.
• Deltek Vision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, technical leadership for AAM planning.
• Lead vertiport feasibility studies and airport compatibility planning.
• Oversee NEPA reviews and environmental documentation.
• Develop airport master plans and capital programming.
• Supervise subconsultants and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Engage with clients, agencies, and industry groups.
