Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in aviation management or similar.
• 4+ years of airport planning project experience.
• Knowledge and experience with NEPA regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management and business/client development experience; Deltek Vision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop airport master plans and facility planning.
• Plan, direct, and supervise subconsultants; establish schedules and cost estimates.
• Review NEPA-related documents and ensure adequate analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on airport planning issues.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.
