Job summary

You will lead PI System design, configuration, maintenance, and data integration across multiple plants, ensuring data quality, reliability, and security. Travel ~10-20% may be required and strong communication across dispersed teams is essential. This role supports plant analytics, dashboards, and alerting via PI Vision and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on AVEVA PI System or OSIsoft PI System experience in industrial environments.
• Experience with PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, PI Analytics, Event Frames and related tools.
• Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA/DCS, OPC, Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Support safety culture and regulatory compliance by adhering to safety policies.
• Lead enterprise AVEVA PI System projects across multiple plant locations.
• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PI System infrastructure and data flows.
• Integrate data from PLCs, SCADA, PI Interfaces, or AVEVA Adapters.
• Develop PI AF asset hierarchies, templates, and analytics; create PI Vision displays and dashboards.
• Monitor PI System health, backups, security, and capacity; assist with upgrades and disaster recovery.
• Provide mentoring and on-call support; lead plant onboarding and documentation.
