Job summary

Invenergy LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced OT systems specialist to manage AVEVA PI System and data integrations across SCADA, DCS, RTUs, and PLCs. You will configure, maintain, and optimize data collection, interfaces, and assets, while collaborating with IT and operations to drive reliability.

The role emphasizes developing automation with Python, PowerShell, and .NET, maintaining documentation, mentoring juniors, onboarding new projects, and supporting control center data

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments (Data Archive, Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, PI Vision).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and diagnosing communications issues.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting with .NET, PowerShell, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for OT systems with focus on AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
• Configure and maintain data collection into AVEVA PI System from OT platforms and SCADA/DCS/RTUs/PLCs.
• Develop automation for system maintenance and custom telemetry feeds to third parties using Python, PowerShell, and .NET.
• Lead efforts to improve PI System architecture, data integrations, and platform reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
