About The Role

As a Sr. Avaya voice engineer, you will make an impact by managing and supporting telephony systems, including Genesys Cloud and Avaya Aura suite of products. You will be a valued member of the Voice Systems team and work collaboratively with managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure robust and secure voice technology environments.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage and support Genesys Cloud and Avaya Aura suite including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, and Messaging.
• Integrate Genesys with Oracle Session Border Controller and Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing.
• Oversee Carrier Voice Network and 3rd Party connectivity management.
• Implement and monitor voice security and fraud detection mechanisms.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support for voice systems.

What you need to have to be considered

• 5+ years’ experience in Voice Technologies.
• Proven expertise in managing Avaya Aura suite of products.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud and Oracle Session Border Controller.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing.
• Strong understanding of voice security and fraud detection.
