Job summary

Operation PAR, Inc. is seeking a Lead Clinical Application Developer to oversee the design, development, and support of Netsmart Avatar EHR applications across the organization and designated partners.

You will design and maintain clinical forms, SQL components, C#/.NET services, and ScriptLink integrations, ensuring secure, reliable operation in DEV, UAT, and PROD environments. You will mentor Clinical Application Developers, collaborate with IT, Business Analytics, and Netsmart vendors, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT field.
5+ years in software development or integration.
Experience with Netsmart Avatar EHR preferred.
Proficient in C#/.NET web services and SQL.
Experience in release management and environment upkeep.
Mentoring developers and code reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and maintenance of Netsmart Avatar forms and components.
Develop C#/.NET web services and ScriptLink integrations.
Manage DEV/UAT/PROD environments and deployments.
Troubleshoot production incidents and provide escalation support.
Mentor developers and participate in sprint planning.
Coordinate patches, upgrades, and change controls.
Create technical specs, data flow diagrams, and SOPs.
