Job summary

University of Nebraska Medical Center in Kearney, NE is seeking a Senior AV Technology Engineer to lead AV installations, design and maintain AV spaces, and troubleshoot complex systems in an academic setting.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), CTS certification, and 2 years of related experience with experience in Crestron, QSC, and Biamp systems. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist ( CTS ) (Will consider seven years related education/experience)
• Required Experience 2 years
• Experience in the service and installation of audio, video, and presentation systems. Advanced working knowledge of equipment, technique, and practices of technical production for classroom and live events.

Responsibilities

• LOCATED IN KEARNEY , NE Senior AV Technology Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, administration, and maintenance of audio/visual equipped spaces.
• Individual assumes the role of project lead on a variety of assignments including development and organization of AV installations, system programming/configuration, management of computers/end-user devices in the academic environment, and advanced system troubleshooting.
