Position Overview:

This company is seeking a Senior AV Technician/Programmer who will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in AV systems, particularly with Savant and Lutron, who is ready to step in and take on responsibilities that include programming, networking, and field operations. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a strong work ethic, contributing to the company’s evolving processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and deploy AV systems, with a particular focus on Savant and Lutron systems
• Develop and implement networking solutions to support AV systems, ensuring reliability and performance
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from project planning to execution, including pre-wiring, system setup, and final deployment
• Work closely with the founder to refine and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs
• Travel to various job sites, primarily in Columbia, MO, and the Lake of the Ozarks area, with a company-provided vehicle
• Participate in weekly team meetings at the Columbia office to align on project goals and progress
