Job summary

CBCI/FSRC is seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Technician to install and support AV systems across entertainment venues. You will install LCD projectors, speakers, TVs, cameras, and associated equipment, ensuring reliable operation and event readiness.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, strong technical knowledge of teleconferencing and AV hardware, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in AV/Tech roles.
• Strong knowledge of teleconferencing hardware.
• Ability to read manuals and OEM guides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, test, troubleshoot, or program AV systems.
• Oversee operations of systems in entertainment venues.
• Coordinate with departments and guests to meet AV needs.
• Site certification of new/relocated video conference systems.
• Maintain portable AV equipment inventory and documentation.
• Program and update monitors, TV programming, and in-house content.
