Job summary
LeoForce is seeking a dynamic Consulting AV Technician to join our team in the Entertainment industry. You will provide comprehensive AV technical support, consulting, and integration services to clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT/AV position. You will design and implement AV solutions, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, and train staff on AV systems while collaborating with IT to integrate systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/AV roles.
- Strong AV configuration and integration knowledge.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Degree in IT or engineering preferred; AV certifications add advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide AV technical support for equipment and conferencing systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV gear for optimal performance.
- Design and implement AV solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Advise clients on AV selection, installation, and usage.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate AV with corporate systems.
- Train staff and clients on AV equipment and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with AV tech trends and solutions.
- Manage AV projects from consultation to post-install support.
