Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations.
• Lead teams of 2-6 technicians effectively in accordance with company standards.
• Extensive knowledge of AV equipment, large displays/video walls, and cabling.
• Experience with advanced AV system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
