Beyond Audio is seeking a Senior AV Technician in Scottsdale to service ultra-luxury homes and maintain systems after handoff. The role emphasizes hands-on field work, precise installations, and ongoing client relationships.

You'll lead residential AV, home theater, networking, automation, and control systems like Crestron and Control4, with travel as needed. A 5+ year track record and a valid driver's license are required; competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Networking, Automation, Lighting, Shading, Security Systems & Video Walls.
• Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Control4).
• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents.
• Understanding of wiring and signal flow.
• Advanced understanding of networking.
• Control System Programming.
• Train clients on use of systems.
• Provide excellent customer service.

At Beyond Audio, the work doesn't end at handoff - it's a relationship. We're looking for a Senior AV Technician who takes pride in getting the details right long after everyone else has moved on.

Department: Technician

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Beyond Audio)

Compensation: $34.00 - $45.00 / hour

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, high EQ
• Comfortable working independently in occupied, ultra-luxury homes - think Silverleaf, Paradise Valley, and Desert Mountain

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 16585 N 92nd St B101 Scottsdale, AZ 85260
• Some regional travel required

Your Schedule:

• Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
• Mon-Fri 6:30am - 2:30pm
