Job summary

GM Financial is seeking an experienced AV/IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage all Audio/Video equipment across conference rooms, training rooms, and digital signage. You will deploy room automation and oversee digital signage, ensuring reliable service.

The role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and a proactive approach to improvements, with on-call support and collaboration with ITS Facilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Audio and Video management experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with IT service management and security concepts.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Audio/Video Equipment for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Digital signage.
• Create and maintain Conference Room and Training Room experiences with room automation technologies.
• Deploy and Maintain Digital Signage Infrastructure throughout GM Financial.
• Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service while striving to provide world-class service.
• Effectively communicates current status of projects and issues to ITS Facilities AVP.
