Job summary

Gigantes Group seeks a Systems Engineer – Post-Sales Audiovisual (AV) to serve as the technical anchor for turning approved AV designs into high-performance, deployable systems. You will bridge pre-sales concepts and physical deployment, owning design validation, field engineering, device configuration, and system commissioning.

You will work with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, and AMX platforms, configuring DSPs, optimizing AV networks, and delivering field-ready documentation for handover to clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dedicated experience in commercial AV systems engineering.
• Solid ability to review designs, SOWs, and BOMs for technical viability.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-sales designs and BOMs to verify feasibility and signal integrity.
• Perform on-site or staging-lab commissioning of AV systems.
• Configure and tune control systems and DSPs as part of system integration.
• Calibrate video distribution and ensure pixel-perfect performance.
