Job summary

FORTÉ, a 100% employee-owned company with 50+ years of experience, seeks a Senior Audiovisual Support Technician for a key enterprise client. You will lead advanced AV setup, troubleshooting, and optimization for events and daily operations, while mentoring junior technicians and collaborating with IT and event teams.

You will design and implement high-end AV configurations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure secure, reliable AV performance across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced AV Setup & Operation for large events and meetings.
• Troubleshooting and escalation for complex AV issues.
• Mentorship and training of Level 1 technicians.
• Collaboration with IT and event teams for seamless AV integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure AV systems for large-scale events and meetings.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting for complex audiovisual issues.
• Lead routine maintenance and upgrades of AV systems.
• Document setups, procedures, and system performance.
