Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an AV Systems Administrator to maintain and support the company's AV infrastructure, ensuring conferencing systems are operational and users are trained. The role is based at our Costa Mesa, CA HQ but may involve travel to other sites.

The position requires AV system administration expertise, familiarity with conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams), and experience with AV hardware and installation. Weekly on-call duties and up to 30% travel are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven AV system administration experience.
Familiarity with conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams) and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, OBS, Wirecast).
Knowledge of AV equipment (Mixers, Mics, Cameras, Crestron, QSYS).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, AWS WS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support AV infrastructure across conference rooms, All-Hands spaces, and training rooms.
Provide executive level white-glove support for AV and IT issues.
Design and install AV systems across spaces using a standard design concept.
Coordinate new office, production floor, and warehouse AV installations.
