INSPIRE is seeking an Audio Visual Sales Manager to drive AV equipment and service sales at the Montgomery Renaissance in Montgomery, AL. You will work directly with clients, hotel staff, and our AV team to craft solutions that meet event goals and maximize AV revenue.

The role requires strong customer service, sales, and hospitality skills, plus knowledge of AV equipment and set-up. Ability to travel to client sites and work flexible hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service, sales, and hospitality skills.
• Familiarity with capabilities of audio-visual equipment, set-up, and general operations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Creativity and initiative in capturing AV business.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High ownership and professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, early mornings.

Responsabilités

• Generate quotes and respond to clients to meet revenue goals.
• Match client meeting needs to AV services and products.
• Collaborate with hotel sales and AV teams to secure business.
• Participate in on-site and off-site client visits and meetings.
• Negotiate AV charges and ensure client satisfaction.
• Consult on AV equipment selection and labor with staff.
• Review final billing with clients and obtain approvals.
• Follow up with clients with thank-you letters and post-event feedback.
