Qualifications

• Experience delivering system documentation and BOM reviews.
• Proficient with AutoCAD drawings and network documentation.
• Ability to liaise between Tech Ops, Sales, CAD, and Clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical Liaison for the Tech Ops team.
• Interface & maintain ongoing dialogue for projects with Clients, Sales, CAD, and Tech Ops.
• Ensure well executed system installation through detailed documentation packages (AutoCAD drawings, IP and network documentation, system commissioning, and change orders/RFI).
• Identify all cabling and miscellaneous material needs.
• Direct technical teams on installation challenges.
• Project manager liaison for engineering inquiries.
