Job summary

MGM+ is seeking a Senior AV Producer/Editor to own projects from concept to final delivery on a global scale. You will lead the creation of trailers, TV spots, and social-first video, collaborating with Creative Directors, Production Managers, and external partners to elevate the MGM+ brand.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, and can manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines while delivering compelling storytelling and high-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film & Television Production or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years editing trailers, TV spots, or promotional AV content for networks, streaming services, studios or agencies.
• 3+ years producing AV campaigns with timelines, finishing coordination and external relationships.
• Proven track record in premium television, streaming content or theatrical marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating editorial craftsmanship, music/sound design, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Edit stylized and emotionally compelling videos for trailers, TV spots, sizzle reels, branded content, and social video.
• Manage all operational aspects of AV campaigns: production, timelines, assets, delivery, approvals.
• Perform post-production finishing: color, audio, graphics, quality control.
• Stay current with editing techniques, AI tools, and platform best practices.
• Improve post-production workflows, media organization, archiving, and AI initiatives.
• Mitigate production challenges across department communications.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Production Managers, Marketing, Social, PR, and external partners.
• Create outrageously cool content.
