Job summary

MGM+ is seeking a Senior AV Producer/Editor to lead editorial and production from concept to delivery on a global scale in New York. You will create trailers, TV spots, sizzle reels, branded content and social-first videos, working with Creative Directors, Production Managers, and external partners to elevate the MGM+ brand.

You’ll balance cutting compelling narratives in the edit bay with managing production logistics, timelines, and stakeholder approvals, driving high-quality outputs while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience editing trailers, TV spots, or promotional AV content.
• 3+ years of experience producing AV campaigns with timelines, schedules and external relationships.
• Portfolio demonstrating editorial craftsmanship with music/sound design and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Edit stylized and emotionally compelling videos for trailers, TV spots, sizzle reels and social assets.
• Manage production, timelines, asset development, delivery and approvals with internal/external teams.
• Perform post-production finishing: color, audio, graphics, QC to high standards.
• Stay current with editing tech, AI tools, trends and platform best practices.
• Improve workflows, media organization, naming conventions and archiving.
• Mitigate production challenges across department communications.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Production Managers, Marketing leadership and agencies.
• Create outrageously cool content.
