Job summary

VMGROUPE in New York City seeks a video editing expert for social-first edits (30s, 15s, 6s) and TVC spots. The role is a full-time Independent Contractor (1099) based in NYC with remote work flexibility and on-set shoots as needed.

You will edit using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, stitch stringouts, balance audio with VO, and add on-brand supers to engage audiences in luxury lifestyle markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in video editing, preferably in beauty or luxury markets.
• Preference for NYC collaboration with internal NYC team.

Responsibilities

• Review and stitch stringouts into the best edit with audio, VO, and on-screen supers.
• Match visuals to the soundtrack and apply tasteful supers where appropriate.
• Operate Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver final cuts.
