Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Audio-Visual Manager to lead the AV department, coordinating with Convention Sales to prepare proposals and bids. You will ensure reliable equipment, expert support, and smooth event execution for meetings, conferences, and resort-wide events.

As a leader on the team, you will deliver high-quality technology experiences, manage inventory, and collaborate with planners to meet client needs while upholding our guest service standards across multiple

Qualifications

• At least two years of AV management experience in a major convention center or large hotel (500+ rooms).
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in AV technology, communications or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Expert knowledge of AV systems including sound, video, lighting, projection and video conferencing.
• Networking knowledge and IT integration with AV systems.

Responsibilities

• AV equipment/inventory management for events.
• Collaborate with event planners, clients to understand AV needs and ensure seamless integration of technology.
• Provide technical support and ensure high-quality service for guests.
