Job summary

CCS Presentation Systems is seeking an AV Lead Installation Technician for our Columbia, MD operations. You will lead on-site AV installations, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and mentor junior technicians across multiple project sites.

You should have strong wiring, testing, and calibration skills, with experience in pro-AV integration and control systems such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, and Qsys. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AV installations in pro-AV environments.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and project printouts.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• CTS certification and knowledge of Crestron/Extron/AMX desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized AV installation projects end-to-end.
• Mentor junior technicians on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients.
• Maintain safety, time and material reporting per CCS standards.
