You will guide installation crews, align schedules, and ensure high-quality, safe project execution while mentoring technicians and coordinating with project teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: Direct and support installation technicians to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Drive Project Execution: Coordinate labor, schedules, deliveries, tools, and resources to keep projects moving forward.
• Develop and Mentor Technicians: Train and coach team members to strengthen technical skills and field readiness.
• Communicate and Collaborate: Partner with project leadership to provide updates and manage risks.
• Maintain Safety and Quality Standards: Promote safe practices and ensure resources meet installation standards.
