Entertainment Technology Partners is actively seeking a Field Operations Leader in Sunnyvale, CA, for full-time AV installation leadership. You will guide installation crews, align schedules, and ensure high-quality, safe project execution while mentoring technicians and coordinating with project teams to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive planning, and hands-on leadership to deliver complex AV integration projects across diverse environments.

Location:

Sunnyvale, CA | Full Time | Pay Range: $52.00-$62.50/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)
