Job summary

Oasis Luxury Smart Homes in Anaheim, CA is seeking a field Project Manager with hands-on experience in smart‑home installation, wiring, and networking to lead high‑end automation projects. You’ll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to deliver systems for discerning clients from rough‑in to handoff.

Expect to install and program AV systems, pull structured wiring, and configure networks while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of residential AV installation experience.
Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron or Savant.
Ability to read construction drawings and wiring schematics.
Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and program AV and smart‑home systems including Control4, Savant or Crestron.
Pull, label and terminate structured wiring for audio, video and network systems.
Mount TVs, speakers, racks and related components with precision.
Configure routers, switches and wireless networks for performance.
Program and troubleshoot automation platforms.
Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to management.
Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites.
Communicate clearly with clients, builders and teammates.
