Job summary

Epic is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. As an AV Engineer, you will design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large campus with hundreds of rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

You’ll collaborate with a team of AV experts to ensure events run smoothly, provide hands-on support, and contribute to a dynamic, technology-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate AV systems for a large corporate campus.
• Support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure system success for events large and small.
• Collaborate with AV experts to layout new systems and ensure ongoing operation.
