Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across our Madison-area campus. You will work with a team of AV experts to deploy new systems and ensure reliable performance for events both live and virtual, providing hands-on support on site.

The role requires relocation assistance and offers growth through exposure to hundreds of meeting spaces, with opportunities for annual raises, bonuses, and stock grants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in audiovisual production/installation.
Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms, AVoIP/HDBaseT/LED/Projection video systems, control system programming, and large-scale lighting.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design, install, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across Epic's campus.
Collaborate with AV experts to layout new systems and ensure their successful operation.
Provide hands-on support and live problem-solving for events of all sizes and formats.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field or audiovisual production/installation work experience
