Job summary

Boeing in Herndon, VA is seeking an Audiovisual Design & Integration Specialist (Associate to Senior) to design, configure, and test AV systems for U.S. Government customers.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance with CIP or be willing to upgrade, and have 1+ year to 5+ years experience in AV design and installation, coordinating with customers, subcontractors and vendors. Onsite work with security requirements.

Qualifications

• This position requires an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance or CIP with willingness to upgrade to FSP.
• 1+ year of related work experience in AV design/installation.
• Experience coordinating or leading schedule-driven tasks and interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Survey, plan, design, configure, and test multi-classification AV solutions for government customers.
• Prepare detailed system engineering documentation including signal flow, BOMs, rack elevations, and cable layouts.
• Lead onsite AV installation and configuration phases.
• Collaborate with customer facility teams, subcontractors, and vendors during installation.
• Develop end-user training materials and operations/maintenance plans.
• Conduct on-site system commissioning and testing at client locations.
