Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate AV staff across the Arizona courts to educate on best practices and provide technical support for virtual and hybrid hearings.
• Standardize equipment and stay current on features for software and hardware needs.
• Lead recurring meetings to share industry standards and improve end-user experience during remote hearings.
• Provide SME guidance on video conferencing usage and maintain an online AV knowledge base.
