Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court seeks an Audio Visual Coordination Administrator VI to guide AV staff across the court system for remote and hybrid hearings, educate on best practices, and provide technical support.

You will standardize equipment, stay abreast of new software and hardware features, coordinate trainings, and maintain an online knowledge base for AV staff to reference, collaborating with judges and court staff to ensure seamless courtroom technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of AV experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Google Meet.
• Strong verbal and written communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AV staff to support virtual and hybrid court hearings.
• Educate on AV best practices and current technology.
• Standardize AV equipment and configurations across sites.
• Monitor new software/hardware features and advise updates.
• Maintain an online knowledge base for AV staff.
• Lead recurring meetings to share industry standards.
