Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer to lead the integration of subsystems for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles and shepherd the test program from planning to execution. You will drive test plans, document results, and communicate progress to senior leadership while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

This role involves hands-on testing, sea trials, and travel as needed to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in systems engineering, integration, and test.
• Experience generating TRRs, Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports.
• Reading engineering drawings and understanding specifications.
• Experience in field tests and operational environments.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Drive development, review, and execution of comprehensive test plans.
• Author and review operational test reports documenting test execution.
• Communicate progress, findings, and risk to senior leadership.
• Lead design reviews, requirements analysis, and system verification planning.
• Build and maintain a test and evaluation program compliant with standards.
• Support day-to-day test operations, including pre-mission testing and data analysis.
• Lead integration of subsystems into the complete AUV.
• Mentor multidisciplinary engineers throughout design to test.
• Set up, collect, and refine operational metrics.
• Support sea testing, offshore operations, and multi-week travel.
