Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking an experienced AUTOSAR Application with Model Based Software Developer to oversee the entire model-based software lifecycle, from planning to implementation and testing.

You will design Autosar components, configure model-to-code toolchains, and collaborate with calibration and validation teams to ensure performance, safety, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of overall related experience.
• Strong programming skills in C & C++.
• Strong knowledge in model-based development with AUTOSAR Application architecture.
• MATLAB experience.
• Knowledge of Automotive SOCs and Microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UART, SPI.
• Strong AUTOSAR Architecture knowledge.
• SW architecture design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Autosar software components.
• Configure model-to-code toolchains to generate production-ready, MISRA compliant C/C++ from Simulink/Stateflow.
• Analyze, fix bugs, generate code and integration layers.
• Improve algorithm design and generated code for performance and real-time constraints.
• Ensure ISO 26262 and ASPICE compliance and maintain traceability.
• Prepare documentation for models, code, interfaces, and architecture.
• Plan MIL, SIL, PIL testing and debugging to verify fixes.
• Collaborate with architects to translate requirements into scalable model architecture.
• Create and support automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for builds, code generation, testing and delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and lead debugging sessions with validation teams.
