Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong programming skills in C & C++.
• Strong knowledge in model-based development with AUTOSAR Application architecture.
• Software design and implementation experience in MATLAB.
• Knowledge on Automotive SOCs and Microcontrollers.
• Hands-on experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet/UART/SPI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Autosar Software Components.
• Use model-to-code toolchains to generate MISRA compliant C/C++ from Simulink/Stateflow.
• Analyze and fix defects across models, generate code and integration layers.
• Improve algorithm design and generated code for performance and real-time constraints.
• Ensure ISO 26262 and ASPICE compliance; maintain traces of requirements.
• Write and support technical documentation for models, generated code, interfaces, and architecture.
• Plan and execute MIL, SIL, PIL testing and debugging to verify fixes.
• Collaborate with architects to translate requirements into modular model architecture.
• Create and support automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for builds and delivery.
• Mentor junior developers; conduct technical reviews of models and generated code.
• Lead debugging sessions with integration teams (Stellantis and ECU suppliers).
• Collaborate with validation to analyze defects and close gaps.
• Define development plans, roadmaps, and KPIs; report progress and quality.
• Write best practices for model-based development and Autosar integration.
• Review outsourced work and provide technical/managerial oversight.
