Job summary

Genius Business Solutions seeks a Senior Software Technical Expert specializing in AUTOSAR-based ECU platforms to lead CLASSIC/Adaptive AUTOSAR architectures, BSW, MCAL, and ECU-level integration within complex vehicle networks.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate across systems, electrical, and validation teams to define robust software requirements and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is required.
• 15+ years of embedded software experience with emphasis on AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, BSW, MCAL, and ECU-level software.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and understanding of AUTOSAR tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, hands-on support for triage, debugging, and reproduction of AUTOSAR ECU issues.
• Lead code/configuration/design reviews for AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, RTE, and application layers with internal/supplier teams.
• Guide root-cause analysis and ensure quality and no regressions across stacks.
